Presentations
In today's competitive food and feed industries, laboratories are under constant pressure to deliver faster results while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Rapid analytical technologies can significantly improve decision-making, reduce operational costs and ultimately increase profitability. However, reliable reference methods remain essential to ensure data quality, method validation and regulatory compliance. In this presentation, you will discover how modern laboratories can successfully combine rapid NIR analysis with established reference methods such as Kjeldahl protein determination and fat extraction techniques. By leveraging the strengths of both approaches, companies can achieve faster product release, improved process control and higher profit margins without compromising analytical reliability. Real industry case studies from food and feed applications will demonstrate how leading manufacturers are using these technologies to improve efficiency, optimize laboratory workflows and create measurable business value.
Quality control is no longer limited to laboratory testing. Modern food and feed manufacturers are increasingly using real-time process analytics to monitor production, reduce variability and improve overall plant performance. In this presentation, you will learn how NIR-Online technology enables continuous monitoring of key parameters directly on the production line, allowing manufacturers to make small process adjustments that can lead to significant improvements in product consistency, yield and profitability. Through practical examples from food and feed applications, we will explore how real-time data can help reduce waste, optimize raw material utilization and support more efficient production processes. The presentation will also provide an overview of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and advanced process automation, and how these tools are gradually transforming manufacturing environments. Rather than replacing people, these technologies are helping operators and engineers make faster and more informed decisions, paving the way toward the next generation of smart and highly automated production facilities.
