About the speaker
Cătălina Neague is the General Manager of INTEGRA Inspect Consulting SRL, a quality specialist, trainer and independent consultant for management systems and ISO standards. She has over 10 years of experience in accreditation, including within RENAR, as well as relevant experience in implementing integrated management systems.
She has been involved in working groups for the development of ISO standards and is a member of ASRO technical committees and working groups, contributing to the promotion of best practices in quality and conformity assessment.
Presentations
The presentation addresses the transition of laboratories from a compliance-centered approach to one focused on digitalization and efficiency in the validation and verification of test methods. It will examine the main challenges of traditional processes (fragmented documentation, manual calculations, difficult traceability and increased risk of errors) as well as how digital solutions can support workflow standardization, calculation automation, data management and result documentation.
In this context, an applied example will also be presented: the digitalization module for test method validation developed by INTEGRA INSPECT CONSULTING.
